Check your inbox. Your broker sent you a welcome email with your TradeLocker login email, password, and server.
Use the account details from your Genesis welcome email.
Enter as shown in your Genesis email (e.g. L#765368 or 765368 — both work)
All TradeClick accounts are LIVE (real-money) — matches "Account Mode" in your email

Your password is encrypted and used only to authenticate with TradeLocker's API. We can place trades on your account, but never withdraw funds — only you can do that.
How to get your TradeLocker credentials

Log into your broker portal
Use the link in the broker's signup confirmation email.

Verify your ID if asked
Most brokers require ID verification (passport, driver's license, or similar) before creating a live trading account. Approval usually takes a few minutes to 24 hours.

Create a live TradeLocker account
In your broker portal, click Create Account (or "New Trading Account") and pick TradeLocker as the platform.

Check your email for credentials
Your broker emails you a welcome message with three things: login email, password, and server. Once you have them, come back here and switch to "I have my credentials".
